Bright One (slide 12)
1994 BMW K75S at viewpoint inside boustrophedon bend on Piuma Road above Malibu Canyon. Note that the combination of morning light and inaccuracies of the film and scanning have made the bike a more saturated yellow than it really is.
All images in this set were shot on Kodak E100S slide film, with a Pentax LX and either a 28-135mm F/4 zoom or a 200mm F/2.8 lens, handheld. I had the whole roll scanned onto PhotoCD, but many of the scans weren't good enough so I did them myself with a Nikon LS2000 and the Lasersoft Silverfast scanner plug-in for Photoshop.
