I rolled home in no particular hurry. The clouds had lowered and come farther south; I was rained on farther west. Here you can see the feet of the Tehachapis, with sunlight off to the northeast. This is typical; orographic weather stops on the south slope of the mountains. Tehachapi has interesting weather.
